Our Vision for Vision
For a person who is blind or has low vision, feeling isolated from others around you can be a daily part of life, which is why we have joined the Seeing Eye Dogs Outback Adventure. We will be raising vital funds for Seeing Eye Dogs to help make a life-changing difference to Australians who are blind or have low vision.
We'll be stepping out of my comfort zone on a physically demanding and emotionally challenging journey, trekking for 5-days along the iconic Larapinta Trail to support Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs to breed, care for and train pups to become dog guides and make a big difference to Australians who are blind or have low vision.
Training and caring of Seeing Eye Dogs who, apart from being a companion to those who are blind or have low-vision, provide much needed mobility and independence for people who would otherwise be unable to undertake day to day activities.
